How can test my activex control without the IIS server?

Hi,

I just wrote some simple code to test if the activex can work well
in IE browser; after build it I got a ActiveXDemo.dll, but I don't
konw how to test it :(

And I get an example like this:

<body bgcolor='#223344'>
<object id="helloworld" classid='http://localhost/
HelloWorld.dll#HelloWorld.Demo' Width="184" Height="96" VIEWASTEXT</
object>
</body>

But I don't have the IIS in my PC. How can I test following code in
my local machine? What the html looks like?
The following is the sample code.
-----------------------------------
using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Collections;
using System.ComponentModel;
using System.Data;
using System.Drawing;
using System.Text;
using System.Windows.Forms;
namespace ActiveXDemo
{
public partial class UserControl1 :
System.Windows.Forms.UserControl
{
private System.ComponentModel.Container components = null;

public void ShowHohoDemo()
{
InitializeComponent();
}

protected override void Dispose(bool disposing)
{
if (disposing)
{
if (components != null)
components.Dispose();
}
base.Dispose(disposing);
}

private void InitializeComponent()
{
this.label1 = new System.Windows.Forms.Label();
this.SuspendLayout();

this.label1.Location = new System.Drawing.Point(32, 32);
this.label1.Name = "label1";
this.label1.Size = new System.Drawing.Size(120, 32);
this.label1.TabIndex = 0;
this.label1.Text = "Here's HoHo!";
this.label1.TextAlign =
System.Drawing.ContentAlignment.MiddleCenter;

this.Controls.Add(this.label1);
this.Name = "ShowHohoDemo";
this.Size = new System.Drawing.Size(184, 96);
this.ResumeLayout(false);
}

private Label label1;
}
}
