How can I create the MS Outlook's leftnav tab in Winforms

I want to create a navigation tab that's similar to MS Outlook 2007's
left navigation tab. A screen show of the UI can be found here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...656351033.aspx

basically it's the tab that has the Mail, Calender, Contacts and Tasks
items.

no 3rd party tools please, just using out of the box framework tools.

I thought it can be done with a flow layout and toolstrips, but i
can't seem to be able to get the right 'formula' for the properties to
make it behave like outlook.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
