TreeListView Control

I'm looking high and low for a TreeListView Control (combined treeview and
listview), and I've found a lot, both free and commercial, but I cannot seem
to find one that fulfils all my needs. These are my criteria:

1) It should be possible to have checkboxes per treeview node - meaning that
some nodes can have checkboxes and others not.

2) It should have the possiblity of subitem editing in the listview part -
preferably even supporting custom editing controls

3) It should be possible to easily save and restore tree layout e.g. to
xml - Preferably just with one lie of code.

Preferably, but not necessarily, it should be possible to put checkboxes in
the listview column headers so that users can select one or more columns by
checking them. Alternatively, it should be possible to hide columns.

You should think this was easy to locate, but the per item checkbox criteria
seems to leave out most controls I find.

Cheers,
Johnny J.
