userlevels - how to?

hello out there,

i have a question about userlevels. i need a way to implement
different access levels after a login. it's not for high security - i
only need to lock or hide some buttons.

i thought about a binary coding scheme for each button like:
BUTTON1: 0111 =USERLEVEL 3, 2 and 1
BUTTON2: 0011 =USERLEVEL 2 and 1
BUTTON3 0001 =USERLEVEL 1

i read about attribute flagfields and thought this might be a good
idea. since i'm pretty new to c#s attributes, i would like to hear
your opinion about this approach.

are there any other suggestions for doing userlevels? is there a
standard object?

thank's for help.
