showing read me file while installing application

Hi,
I'm creating a installer for my c# application using setup and
deployment project.
I created a installer and able to install my application successfully.
I need to show the readme file at the end of installion.
for that I added a readme.rtf file and add a dialog(readme file) at
the end section.
My setup project is compiled and created the installer.
while installing the application, that readme file is never shown to
user
My application installed properly and working
Kindly help to solve the problem

Thanks,
Mani

Did you add the readme file to the regular install as well as the
administrative install user interface as well?

Adrian.
