Check and verify the certificate of singed PFWeb/Web setup

Hi All,

I have a console application in which i need to check whether the
setup file ( can be Packaged for web or any web setup created by any
installation setup ) signed and if it is signed i need to extract the
public key from the executable.

Plzzzzz Help
