Is there an obfuscator for .NET OpenSource or free?

Yes but it is a limited edition. An example of this is the fact that
the obfuscator doesn't accept VSTO project in this limited edition.

Put the code that you feel requires obfuscation into a separate DLL and
obfuscate that.
