1) Which version of Windows are you running?
2) Which version of the .NET framework have you got installed?

Then I installed the tablet pc SDK1.7, then I find the iawinfx.dll
, reference it ,that's works.

but WHY MS didnt include the dll to .Net Framework3.0?
