Microsoft Document Explorer doesn't print what's inside the nodes

Printing anything using Microsoft Document Explorer prints the documents
with the nodes collapsed. This makes printing pretty useless because most
of the information is hidden when nodes are collapsed. Is there a way to
properly print so that all text gets printed?
