Windows 2000 Active Directory Computers and Users error

Hi, I'm using Windows server 2000 with sp4. My Active Directory was working
but suddenly when I try to start trhe AD computers and Users, I get error
message :
"Naming information can not be located: Library is not registered."
Any one knows how can I fix this problem? Thanks.

This happened after I run my C# windows application and got a OX80072037 ERROR.
