Hi Les,
To read MS Exchange Server 2003 message stores, you need to use Extended
MAPI. Unfortunately there is no COM interfaces exposed so that you can
reference in your C# project. You may consider to use some third party
libraries or import MAPI32.dll into your C# project by using interop.
By using C++, after we use MAPILogonEx to logon the exchange server, we can
use session-GetMsgStoresTable(0, &pStoresTbl) to retrieve all the message
stores in the session profile.
For more information, you may refer to:
IMAPISession::GetMsgStoresTable
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/ms531238.aspx
You may refer to the MAPI References in MSDN and use P/Invoke to interop
them with C#.
Also, you may consider to use some third-party libraries which had already
wrapped the extended MAPI like:

Hope this helps. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel
free to let me know.
Best regards,
Charles Wang

Note: The MSDN Managed Newsgroup support offering is for non-urgent issues
where an initial response from the community or a Microsoft Support
Engineer within 1 business day is acceptable. Please note that each follow
up response may take approximately 2 business days as the support
professional working with you may need further investigation to reach the
most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
that require urgent, real-time or phone-based interactions or complex
project analysis and dump analysis issues. Issues of this nature are best
handled working with a dedicated Microsoft Support Engineer by contacting
Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) at
