other dotnet data provider problem

GS
both the ms SQL express studio and c# can use the Microsoft SQL server .net
provider. no problem there.

I installed Sybase isanywhere SqlAnywhere. I can see the
anywhere.Data.SQLAnywhere in both studio. but I can only connect to SQL
anywhere database only the sql studio but not c# studio.

I have already added reference of the iAnywhere .,net data provider to the
c# project solution . I tried closing the project, the studio and start
again but did not help when I try to add a new data connection, I can only
see ms SQL and the access but nothing else.
Please help
