Anyone managed to get USPS WebTools running in a WinForms app?

I've been failing horribly trying to use USPS WebTools API from my WinForm
app. The problem I'm having is that they've switched to using SSL on the
APIs and I can't get my HttpRequest to work any longer. I've found a nice
little wrapper project on CodeProject
http://www.codeproject.com/useritems...ls_Wrapper.asp

Before I outline the specific problems I'm having I wanted to ask if anyone
here is working with USPS WebTools from their WinForms app and if so would
be willing to offer some help.

Thanks for reading,
Steve
