Designer Templates - automatic summary comments?

Using VS 2005, C#...
When I right-click on the project in the Solution Explorer, and click on Add
Class, then enter a class name, VS2005 adds a new class file to my project.
However, there are no default <summarycomments using /// in the code. I've
replaced the Item Templates in the common7\IDE\1033 directory and closed
VS2005 and re-opened, but the comments still don't show up.

Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong or need to differently?
