create .chm file using c#

Hi All,
Is there any way to create .chm file programmatically?

workshop we can create help file.
What i want is by taking two HTML files , compile these into .chm file
programatically.
HTML HELP API provides only to access the existing help file right?

Thanks for your response. I went through the SDK. They are using HTML
workshop we can create help file.
What i want is by taking two HTML files , compile these into .chm file
programatically.
HTML Help Workshop contains command line CHM compiler named hhc.exe. You
can call it from your code. You first need to programmatically create
..hhp, .hhc and optionally .hhk files. The hhc.exe takes .hhp as
argument. The syntax of those files is simple, you can observe what HTML
Help Workshop produces.

if you have SDK when you search in it
it guide you to softwares that can make a .chm
or if you update your VS automatically setup this software
