A simple problem with SYBASE

I Have stored procedure which will take some input parameters of varchar type, When ever I fire this SP, Iam getting warning message like:

Server Message: Number 2431, Severity 10
WARNING! Some character(s) in the source string are considered illegal bytes in server's character set. All bytes after the first illegal bytes are truncated.

How do I ignore this Warning Message?
