file backup

Hi Guys,
I have just deleted a file in the solution explorer accidentally. I am
using
VS2005. Can you please help me about how i can get it back....

You should use VSS.
or you should fall into the habit of backuping your code every day :)

Is there any way to restore it with XP or any other 3rd part
softwares. ? because I really need to get it back otherwise it will
take me one more week for project :(

Did you look in the recycle bin? If you can restore it from there, you can
re-add it to your project.
