Working with Windows 2003 Server.
Here's the weird behavior I see. Suppose I want to launch a new
process that takes me to some website, http://127.0.0.1/
Now suppose that this website uses Java and requires JRE. The Java
path is setup in my env variables.
I also want to open each instance of this process in a new IE window.
Process.Start("http://127.0.0.1/") will open the website in a window,
find JRE and launch it.
However, invoking this call multiple times will reuse the same IE
window, which is not what I want.
Using Process.Start("IExplore.exe", "http://127.0.0.1") will open a
new window for each call, but can't find JRE and I get an error from
the site "Sorry, no java, blah blah blah".
Why the different behavior? Is there a way that I can have both new
windows open and java found? Do I have to modify the env settings for
Process.Start("IExplore.exe", "http://127.0.0.1") to get this to work?
Thanks,
Andrei
