set value on datagridviewComboboxcolumn as default vaue

hi guys
I am using two datagridviewComboboxcolumn. Value of second
depend on first.i fill the data in second at runtime.
Now i wants to fill the second combobox with some default falue at
form load

i write that code for it

datagridview2.Rows[0].Cells[1].Value = "Click For Selection";

but it does not show.

Wht i am missing ?
