PDF does not working in WebBrowser on machine that has IE7 install

I have a winform 2.0 that has a Web Browser control that links to an external
web site, where has a PDF file. Some users are having trouble to display the
PDF though Web Browser control once they downloaded IE7. Does anyone
encounter similar problem?

Thanks in advance
