Create user and access to it in my app

Hi to all
i make a win program that it has any linklable and winform and ...
i create uaer for login to this software (to this location no
problem )
but i want set for user spesioal permission ,
for ex:many user can' t view report tab or can' t view many winform
thanks for your time
