User creation error...

I am creating a user and it is working fine. However when I go to
set the password for the user (with a password that meets the
complexity requirements for the Domain Policy) I get an error
at:
user.Invoke("SetPassword", new object[] {szPassword});

I have commited my changes previous to this.

So the code reads:

user.CommitChanges();
user.Properties["userAccountControl"].Value = 0x200; //Normal user
user.Invoke("SetPassword", new object[] {szPassword});

The actual error is "The network path was not found."

Now I don't quite understand why I am getting this since the user exists,
and it does exist in AD. I[ve been able to set all other relevant properties.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.
