1.what exactly portals are?
2.how to develop portlas basicaly?
3.how do the portals work?
4.how to develop a portal that stores files,retrieves the required file,updates the files,delete the contents of the file or add nmore contents into the file and the files that are updated/added with more info or deleted version of the file should not overwrite the previous version and having the history of the operations that were performed.
