Web Service - unable to read data from remote connection

Hi!

I am doing something related to web service by using c# program.
Actually, the code can be run but it sometimes like to pop up error.

According my previous searching, this situation may be cause by i m try to
send large size of data or the connection is busy. However, in my case, i
only want to sync the time with server and the server is only access by < 5
person only.

i would very thanks on you. if you able to help me solve this problem or
give me a hint on where should i research furthur in order to solve this
problem

thanks.
