I have website with 6 images across the top for the user to click to go
to another page. One of the buttons is Careers. What I would really
like for the careers link to do is to open the Contact page and set a
couple of options in an existing form.

*Set upload label, testbox, and browse button to visible
* set the dropdown menu to "Careers"

Is there an easy way to do this?

Note: This is all HTTP with login required.

The easiest way is to agree to write a check to some person who has done all
the work to learn how to develop web applications.
