ClickOnce not deploying a required assembly.

From the project designer when I click on the "Application Files" on the
"Publish" tab there are some missing assemblies that are required. I can't
find a way to explicitly specify a required assembly, is this possible? I
don't know WHY VS2005 thinks the assembly in question is not required, but
it does.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve
