Menu Control and Sitemap, eliminate the home column on the menu display

My menu and sitemap:

home foo bar
foo1 bar1
foo2 bar2

Ho do I eliminate the home and make my menu look like this:

foo bar
foo1 bar1
foo2 bar2

Set ShowStartingNode="false" in SiteMapDataSource.
