Trying To Load A Child Form From a Child Form

Ok, i have three forms, the MDIparent, a child form (CustTrack) and
another form Search.

I am trying to call the search form from inside the CustTrack form.

I have tried all kinds of things including

Search Search = new Search();
Search.Show();

This brings up a blank form.

What am i doing wrong?
