help please

Hi All,

I have a technical question as follows

I have a command button in a form and on mouse over event of that a tool tip
like thing needs to be displayed with two values(strings) underlined. I
must be able to click on the string values being displayed and when i click
the string i need to call a method.

How do i achieve this? Should i have to develop a user control to do this?
Does .NET provide something like this?

I heard smart tags can be used for this.But i have absolutely no idea on
smart tags and their way of working....

can anybody help me in working towards the above?

Why do you want to respond to a click on a tooltip as opposed to a click
on the button itself?

the button shows the history of transactions occured on click of it as a
tool tip.When a particular transaction is selected from the tool tip(this is
what is expected excluding the technical feasibility) its complete details
are to be shown in a different tab on a form.

Then you might wish to consider using a dropdown menu button. All the
plumbing's already built in and it conforms to UI norms.
