Data Binding Question

I'm new to .NET so apologies if this is a stupid question, but when
configuring a Table Adapter to use stored procedures to perform
Selects, Inserts, Updates, and Deletes, is it possible to specify a
literal value rather than a source column for a parameter in the
Insert, Update, and Delete procedures? If so, how?
