Need help parsing the Security Log's EventLogEntry.message

Does anyone know if there's any built-in function for parsing the message to
retrieve different keyword values?

I also have question on why sometimes the keyvalue is not included when the
keyword is as in the case for "Workstation Name:" in the 2 messages that I
got back. Thanks.
