ShowInTaskbar=false hangs for 10 seconds???

Hello,

I have a listview with around 5000 entries. It works fine. However,
because my form is associated with a tray icon, when I am minimized I set
the ShoreInTaskbar = false to hide my self when I am minimized. However,
this causes my code to hang for around 10 seconds! If I just let the
minimize happen normally then performance is fine.

How do I get better performance?

Thanks,

Grant Schenck
