Quit Word application

private Interop.Word.Application _mergeWordApp;

I tried to quit the Word application:

_mergeWordApp.Application.Quit(ref _notTrue, ref _newMissing, ref
_newMissing);

However, I got compilation warning -

Warning 25 Ambiguity between method
'Interop.Word._Application.Quit(ref object, ref object, ref object)' and
non-method 'Interop.Word.ApplicationEvents4_Event.Quit'.
Using method group. C:\Development\WordUnit.cs 668 39 WordFilesApp

What did I do incorrectly?
