can't get service installed

I've created a service project. Added installer classes. Ran InstallUtil
/i from the .net 2.0 path IE:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727

I've been googling this problem and can't get it sorted. Here is the output
from Installutil:
<snip>
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>inst allutil.exe /i "C:\Program
Files\x\NS Lead Importer Service\NSImporterSrvc.exe"
Microsoft (R) .NET Framework Installation utility Version 2.0.50727.42
Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
Running a transacted installation.

Beginning the Install phase of the installation.
See the contents of the log file for the C:\Program Files\x\NS Lead Importer
Service\NSImporterSrvc.exe assembly's progress.
The file is located at C:\Program Files\x\NS Lead Importer
Service\NSImporterSrvc.InstallLog.
Installing assembly 'C:\Program Files\x\NS Lead Importer
Service\NSImporterSrvc.exe'.
Affected parameters are:
logtoconsole =
assemblypath = C:\Program Files\x\NS Lead Importer
Service\NSImporterSrvc.exe
i =
logfile = C:\Program Files\x\NS Lead Importer
Service\NSImporterSrvc.InstallLog
No public installers with the RunInstallerAttribute.Yes attribute could be
found in the C:\Program Files\x\NS Lead Importer Service\NSImporterSrvc.exe
assembly.

The Install phase completed successfully, and the Commit phase is beginning.

Remove InstallState file because there are no installers.

The Commit phase completed successfully.

The transacted install has completed.

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>
</snip>
The problem is with the error:
"No public installers with the RunInstallerAttribute"

I have checked everything I can think of with service installer class, it
all seems fine.

Anyone have any additional tips for me? This is driving me nuts!

Thanks,
Steve
