problem with building Sample WCF from microft: Method Not Allowed

Each time I run any sample I get the following error for WCF.
The remote server returned an unexpected response: (405) Method Not Allowed.

To the OP, that's probably an authentication issue, or you are calling
the method manually (specifying the URL/method name) and doing it
incorrectly).
