reading data from web server

I have a web page where users enter some data.
I would like to read that data into grid?
How to connect to my web server?

I'm sorry, but you don't give us enough information to answer your
question. Will you be storing the information in a database first?

No. I have a database on web server.
I just want to read data from it.
