Problems during Registering

Hi,

I am trying to register an EXE having OLESelfRegister property from my
Application.
I have a problem, when i try to register the EXE as follows

AlterSvc /s Regserver,

a dialog box is displayed showing its usage.
I checked the property of the altersvc.exe, i found the OleSelfRegister
property

But not sure it why messge box is displayed. Please can some one help
on this ?
