Equivalent class in 1.1

Ram
I have framework 1.1 version (.net 2003) and I have a project developed in
framework 2.0.
I am unable to run the project in 1.1 (I have created a new project in 1.1
and added all the source files) as the project uses a class
System.net.cache. But for this class the the project is as good as it has
been developed in 1.1

Is there any equivalent class(for System.net.cache) available in 1.1 or is
it possible to mimic the functionality with a custom class.

Thanks
Ram
