vs2005 refactorings

If I remember correctly (and maybe I don't), in the vs2005 betas there
was a refactoring to take a magic number or a literal string and turn it
into a constant. Was it removed? Or am I just not looking in the right
place? Or was it not there in the first place?

Thanks.
