columnheader height

Is there a way to know the height of the ColumnHeader in a ListView
(with Detail View). I measured that on Windows 2000, it seems to be 18
pixels height, but this isn't reliable and may vary according to
operating system.
So is there a way to know this height ?

Thanks.
