Sql server 2005, get table schemas

Hi,
I have sql server 2005, VS2005 and c# windows form application, .NET
framework 2.0.

I would like to take the schema (table information, column names,
foreign keys) of some of my tables in the app (connect to DB and get
schema dynamicly).

How could I do this?

Thanks.
