Using a C# DLL inside a webpage

Hi

I have a DLL written in C# that contains a user control. This DLL
depends on several other DLLs, which may in turn depend on other DLLs
as well. I am trying to put this control on a webpage using the
following code:

<object id="test1" classid="bin\test1.dll#webcontrol.test1"
height="640" width="740" VIEWASTEXT</object>

The directory stucture I use is something like:

C: -inetpub -wwwroot -test -bin

where 'test' directory contains the .html files, and 'bin' directory
contains the control and all its dependencies DLLs.

For testing, I used IIS 5.1 and Apache 2.2 webservers, but I encounter
problems using both of them. On both IIS and Apache, gacutil.exe tool
suggests that test1.dll and its first-level dependency DLL are
downloaded, but second-level dependency DLLs are not. So for example,
if test1.dll dependency looks something like:

test1.dll -a.dll -b.dll

then test1.dll and a.dll are downloaded successfully, but b.dll is not.
Could someone suggest whay may be the cause of this? Thanks!
