User.config in .NET 1.1

Hi,

Does .NET 1.1 (VS 2003) support using user.config for updateable user
settings? I've only found posts on using the read-only app.config.

App.config is readonly from the design persperctive.
If u want to write smth into (that seems be not very good) you can use
System.Xml namespace's classes
