grid / spreadsheet component recommendations?

Any insights and experiences out there with .NET compatible spreadsheet/grid
components? I would like the database features of the standard .NET
datagrid, with the additional feature set of individual addressable cells
(row, column) with the capability to put values, combo boxes, etc in each
cell, column, or row.

I really don't need the formulae features of XLS, just the grid layout
features. Database features are nice, but I can always use the datagrid
that .NET comes with for that if necessary.

I was familiar with FarPoint SPREAD back in the COM world, but haven't
reviewed the market in a few years.

Any love it / hate it welcome!

Thanks.
