WMI C# Intel CreateVLAN

How do you invoke the CreateVLAN method in the
IANet_802dot1QVLANService using C#?
I called the BeginApply method in the IAnet_NetService object and got
the ClientSetID but I don't know how to pass the ClientSetID to the
CreateVLAN Method.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks,
-Dave
