pipe.log

Does anyone know what pipe.log is?
I made windows service that works fine on win xp, when I install them
on windows 2003 it make log in windows\temp folder with name pipe.log
and it grows rapidly in few weeks 40GB.
Looks like this:

Thanks,

I used to, but not anymore
I delete CLRProfiler, but I can not delete ProfilerOBJ.dll
I didn't find any of "Environment" variables in registry.
And profiler still working and filling pipe.log
