Stream.open

Hi

I am working on a proted project from VB to C#

in VB stream.open without any parameters works
but in C# i need to pass certain arguments

like
Stream.Open(null, (ADODB.ConnectModeEnum)(0),
(ADODB.StreamOpenOptionsEnum)(-1), "", "");

here i pass object source as null which is not acceptable later i
modified to the following

Stream.Open(System.Reflection.Missing.Value ,
(ADODB.ConnectModeEnum)(0), (ADODB.StreamOpenOptionsEnum)(-1), "", "");
Later i say
rs.open(stream );

but i encounter an error
Wrong arguments or out of acceptable range

Can i have a Generic stream.open and also i should be able to pass the
stream to rs.open(stream)

regards
Madhavi
