RegisterClientScriptBlock - How to unregister?

Hi,
I need to be able to register client script within a web user control. I
then need to unregister it.

How can I do this. I cannot find an unregister method.....

Many thanks,

CodeRazor,
I think it's important to understand that what the Register method does is
actually write the script out into the page, that's all. So if you don't want
the script in the page, you would simply have conditional code that either
does or does not make the RegisterXXX call.
