C# Remote Receive MessageQueue

Dear Pals

local:Windows XP Sp2
server:Windows 2K3 Sever R2
When Use to Receive MessageQueue On Server
System.Messaging.MessageQueue IQ = new MessageQueue();
IQ.Path = "FormatName:DIRECT=TCP:192.168.1.203\\public"

return_msg = IQ.Receive();

it will popup error show "Access Denied"

But Send msg to Server is OK

Can anyone help me to solve the problem
