disabling Trackbar scroll

Hi,
As a newbie to C# application programing ...I would like to know is
there a way to disable the user scroling of standard track bar
programatically...

Set SmallChange and LargeChange to 0

You should also handle the ValueChanged event and reset the value to its
default when the user press Home and/or End

private void trackBar1_ValueChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)

{

trackBar1.Value = someValue;

}
